Crisis is Inversely Proportional to the President’s Power

SoothSayer, Future News

A bipartisan rebellion in the House killed a $700 billion rescue plan for the nation's financial system yesterday, sending global stock prices plunging, prompting fierce recriminations on the presidential campaign trail and dealing President Bush his worst legislative defeat. This was the beginning of the lead article of the Washington Post. The Post as well as all the other print and network media outlets are running wild with news regarding the failed $700 billion bailout bill as if the entire global economics survival teetered on its successful passing! What a shame, that these so called inquisitive and investigative media are just hogwash and are easily misled? ….…Read more….

BAILOUT? NO!! BUYING BACK OUR LAND

The Price For Inaction

By Soothsayer . .

Congress has to be extremely mindful of the perils of inaction: in the absence of a bailout, the economy will collapse triggering a cataclysmic bout of events reminiscent of Zimbabwe amongst a host of other developing nations where the leaders, usually self declared to be above the law, can manipulate the system to retain their power. President Bush not only has the right, (Presidential Directive 51), but probably the will too, to invoke the Continuity of Government and suspend the elections indefinitely!! The directive declared on May 9, 2007 gives the President absolute powers incase of "Catastrophic Emergency" referring to any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions!! Wall Street: The Mortgage Fraud That Brought Down The Empire

$3 trillion: The greatest Heist In The World

By Soothsayer

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission early Friday issued an emergency order temporarily banning short selling in the shares of nearly 800 financial institutions.

On the heels of the collapse of 158-year old investment firm Lehman Brothers led yields on two-year Treasury notes to slump the most since Sept. 17, 2001, before jumping by the most in more than 20 years Friday, on the heels of the government's rescue plan.

On the same day, gold jumped more than $70 an ounce on the New York Mercantile Exchange, its biggest one-day jump in dollar terms since at least 1980. In electronic trading Friday, the precious metal then tumbled by more than $68, its biggest drop in 28 years.

Pres. Bush: Effort Underway to Depose Russia's Duly Elected Governement

President Bush: "It now appears that an effort maybe underway to depose Russia’s duly elected Government"!! Was this another major gaffe or was the speech intentionally erred? We will never know; what we do know is that President Bush apparently read these words directly from his speech and did not correct what would be an egregious if not Kamikazi undertaking: We might threaten the Russians with a lot of things, but military action is the big NO NO!! SOMEONE HAND OBAMA A LIGHT SABRE

With McFury on the Offense, Obama Must Respond or Risk it All

Aug 6, 2008

Why have Republicans successfully provided 5 of the last 7 Presidents? Because they know how to win presidential elections. The simple and clear truth is that Republicans have mastered the art and science of winning presidential elections. With the exception of President Clinton, whom some might argue borrowed a page from the GOP playbook of "ruthless politicking", (which mandates that the candidate must instantaneously and expeditiously retaliate to any opposition attacks and spontaneously and incessantly remain on the offensive by stretching and even distorting the half-truths and exploiting the myths to relentlessly pin your opponent on the defense, the technique of turning an opponent's strength into his liability) the GOP has managed to capture and retain the Whitehouse 7 of the last 10 contests. .....Read more....

The Silent Cry

In the above video, Bernard N. Nathanson. MD - Co-Founder of NARAL walks us through the horrendous abortion process! After watching the clip, I came to the only logical conclusion that Barack Obama might be our best bet against abortion!

Unlike McCain, whom after viewing the video reiterated his earlier pro-choice stance that he would not support a federal law that would reverse Roe v. Wade, preferring to hide under the cover of "best left for individual states to decide", unlike McCain, Obama will ditch NARAL, Planned Parenthood and all the other pro-choice outfits in favor of life; he will decidedly become a pro-life advocate.

The video above changed Mitt Romney, "The Amoeba", it will definitely change Obama, who has proved time and again that when called upon, he will compromise with the opposition to avoid gridlock. He has softened his position on strategic oil reserves, off-shore drilling and even left his Church.

For those who do not know Obama very well, then hear this now; Obama is not a stone cold baby killer, he is a compassionate leader who will right many wrongs; including abortion!!
